Diligent Bonham Quay
Project Description
In 2021, the US software company, Diligent, selected the new development at Bonham Quay, Galway for their new European hub. Diligent shall occupy six floors of a 7-storey building in the new development, which overlooks the busy Galway docks and upper floors offer views across the city.
Ethos Input
Ethos Engineering were responsible for the full MEP Cat-B Fit-Out including heating, cooling, ventilation, BMS, water services, drainage, lighting and emergency lighting, infrastructure for security, IT and AV, general services, power and construction monitoring.
Unique / Key Features
The building has LEED Gold Accreditation, WELL Certification and WIRED Certification and is equipt with energy efficient lighting design including LED lighting and ventilation.
There is a conference level including an all-hands area capable of accommodating a high capacity of staff for events and a rooftop terrace for outdoor gatherings. The occupancy of this fit-out is 200 people.
Bonham Quay is the first development in Ireland to adhere to the One Planet Living framework and its 10 principles of social, environmental and economical sustainability. Its impact on sustainability in Ireland.
