Fiserv Office
Project Description
The Fiserv HQ Dublin office is located in the iconic Docklands of Dublin. The building incorporates historic ‘Protected Structure’ pieces, such as the existing three-bay 1880s warehouse brick and stone walls. The exposed building services strategy of the fit-out design contributes to the industrial aesthetic of the project location.
Ethos Input
Ethos Engineering were commissioned in 2022 to complete the mechanical & electrical building services design. The appointment also included construction monitoring. The integrated design was delivered successfully in January 2023.
Ethos were also appointed for LEED AP consultancy services for the office fit-out project, directly for Fiserv as the client. The project successfully achieved LEED Gold certification.
Unique / Key Features
The base build was part of the complex that won the Public Choice Award at the Royal Institute of the Architects of Ireland (RIAI) Awards 2022. The project design involved a partial strip out of the existing floor services and retaining where possible. We altered and enhanced the existing services where required to suit the new tenancy fit-out layouts.
The fit-out also included integration of new bleachers in the main atrium space of the existing warehouse to activate this space while providing a social element as well as inter-floor circulation.
